Exploitation Removal Board (English) / Shoshan Unmoolan Parishad (Hindi) Non-Governmental Organisation established in 1978 under Society Act, 1961 having its registration no. S/9310 and registered as all india status located in Delhi (INDIA).
With over 45 years of experience, ERB has a number of achievements, since its inception, ERB/SUP fight constantly with the objective of advancing the well-being, education and vocational skills, health, welfare of children and removal of unemployment & un-touchability, illiteracy and other social evils of society without distinction of caste, class, gender, ethnicity, and religion, rural/urban, physical or mental disability in India for the development of educational & socio-economic conditions of citizen of India.

ERB committed as their aims and objects for the empowering and upliftmenting under privileged women, girls and widows of society for the development of educational and socio-economic conditions.
Women empowerment through skill education is a transformative approach aimed at enhancing the capabilities, confidence, and economic independence of women by equipping them with relevant skills and knowledge.
For that purposes Exploitation Removal Board (ERB) started from 1989 various skill education programs through NANAK TRAINING INSTITUTE in Delhi & U.P. which is accredited by NIOS, M/o HRD, Govt. of India. Nanak Training Institute is imparting the skill education through following courses Stitching, Cutting & Designing, Embroidery, Beauty & Makeup programs, Computer Literacy Programs etc. Our design courses emphasizes practical, job-oriented training that prepares individuals for specific roles in various industries those have wide acceptability among recruiters. Every year hundreds of women/girls are being churned at Institute which are capable of generating employability for these women/girls.
