ERB committed as their aims and objects for the empowering and upliftmenting  under privileged women, girls and widows of society for the development of educational and socio-economic conditions.

Women empowerment through skill education is a transformative approach aimed at enhancing the capabilities, confidence, and economic independence of women by equipping them with relevant skills and knowledge.

For that purposes Exploitation Removal Board (ERB) started from 1989 various skill education programs through NANAK TRAINING INSTITUTE in Delhi & U.P. which is accredited by NIOS, M/o HRD, Govt. of India. Nanak Training Institute is imparting the skill education through following courses Stitching, Cutting & Designing, Embroidery, Beauty & Makeup programs, Computer Literacy Programs etc. Our design courses emphasizes practical, job-oriented training that prepares individuals for specific roles in various industries those have wide acceptability among recruiters. Every year hundreds of women/girls are being churned at Institute which are capable of generating employability for these women/girls.

We provide time to time counselling sessions to women solving their problems related family, Health and Well-being  issues, also we provide to them free legal aid services, counselling, and support  to them for facing gender-based discrimination, harassment, or injustice and also we help the opportunities for women-owned businesses, cooperatives, and income-generating activities.
