Exploitation Removal Board (ERB) started from 1989 various vocational training courses through Nanak Training Institute in Delhi & U.P. for the mission to achieve “HUNAR HAI TO HOSLA HAI” which is accredited by NIOS, M/o HRD, Govt. of India and also to fulfil the purposes of Skill Development and Women Empowerment of the society.

We believe that education is a fundamental right for all individuals, regardless of gender. However, for women, girls and weaker section of youths, access to education is often limited, and they are often denied the opportunities they need to reach their full potential. That’s why we have made it our mission to empower women and girls as well as youths of society through education.

We believe that educating youths and women has a ripple effect on entire communities. When they are educated, they are more likely to participate in the workforce, become leaders, and to self-decide their self-employment, health and wellbeing. They are also more likely to ensure that their children receive an education, breaking the cycle of poverty, unemployment and improving the prospects for future generations.

Through our programs, we provide women, girls and weaker section of youths with the tools and resources they need to succeed, including access to education, career training, and mentorship opportunities. Our goal is to create a world where women girls and weaker section of youths have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to reach their full potential.
