ERB is deeply committed to the well-being of marginalized individuals, particularly focusing on women’s health issues, including menstrual health. With a dedicated approach, our team has conducted multiple visits to slum and jhuggi areas in Delhi, aiming to raise awareness and provide essential medical assistance to women.
Recognizing the significance of menstrual hygiene, ERB, with Nanak Training Institute, organized an extensive awareness campaign across various districts of Delhi and other states. Through this initiative, we distributed free sanitary napkin pads to school girls and underprivileged women, emphasizing the importance of hygiene and health during menstruation.
Our efforts extend beyond mere distribution; we actively engage with young girls and women, providing guidance and counselling sessions facilitated by prominent figures in society. Through lectures and street plays (nukkad natak), we address critical health and hygiene issues surrounding menstruation, empowering women with knowledge and resources for better menstrual health management.
