SKILL EDUCATION, also known as skill development or vocational education, refers to the process of acquiring practical skills and knowledge relevant to specific industries or job roles. Unlike traditional academic education, which focuses primarily on theoretical knowledge, skill education emphasizes hands-on training and real-world application of skills.

Exploitation Removal Board (ERB) started from 1989 various vocational education courses through NANAK TRAINING INSTITUTE in Delhi & U.P. which is accredited by NIOS, M/o HRD, Govt. of India to fulfil the purposes of spreading the vocational education under the Skill Development and Women Empowerment programs to the society.

Skill education emphasizes practical, job-oriented training that prepares individuals for specific roles in various industries. This includes technical skills, such as different computer literacy programs, dress making art, dress designing, makeup artist, beauty culture, mehandi, painting etc, as well as soft skills like English speaking, personality development and grooming, communication and teamwork.

NANAK INSTITUTE are running immersive, practical oriented courses where hands on learning is the basis. THE CURRICULUM of skill education programs is designed to meet the needs of specific industries or sectors and have wide acceptability among recruiters. Every year hundreds of youths are being churned at Institute which are capable of generating employability for these underprivileged youth. After completion of a skill education program issued a certificate that are recognized by employers and industry organizations. This credential serve as proof of competency.
